Fgr, active
N-terminal 6His-tagged recombinant, human Fgr amino acids 2-end.
Biological information
Background
Src-family kinases transduce signals that are involved in the control of a variety of cellular processes, including proliferation, differentiation, motility, and adhesion. FGR (Gardner-Rasheed feline sarcoma viral (v-fgr) oncogene, SRC2, c-fgr, p55c-fgr) is a member of the Src family of non-receptor tyrosine kinases. It is expressed in neutrophils, monocytes, macrophages and natural killer cells.
