ErbB4, active
N-terminal 6His-tagged recombinant, human ErbB4 amino acids 706-991.
Biological information
Background
The ERBB family of receptor tyrosine kinases, namely the EGF receptor (EGFR), ERBB2/HER2/Neu, ERBB3, and ERBB4, regulate cellular proliferation, differentiation, and programmed cell death in a growth factor–dependent manner. ERBBs mediate signaling by a large number of growth factors that are structurally related to EGF such as transforming growth factor-a or amphiregulin.
